Make sure you're using proper grammar (or as close as possible) because no grammar looks weird actually it looks retarded. >_>
Most people use a bold or colored font-y thing, looks easier to read.

If you're going for smiley overuse, at least use these:

LEARN WHAT SPAM IS No seriously, look it UP.
If your comment (animations-wise) is going to be something like "You suck, get the f*** outta here." Then it's not very helpful, and something like "HOLY MONKEYS ON A STICK THAT WAS AWESOME!" it's not very helpful either. Something like this would be good.
